4. What is the first step to obtain counseling?

Fill out the online counseling request form at www.masonsbdc.org/services/.

5. What are requirements before meeting 1-on-1 with the counselors?

First, attend a monthly 101 Group Business Counseling Workshop. Second, submit your business plan or one-page executive summary at the 101 Group Business Counseling Workshop. 

6. How long is a typical counseling session?

About 60 minutes.

7. Do we allow “walk-in” appointments?

No, all appointments and scheduling are handled via the Mason SBDC Coordination Team. Please visit www.masonsbdc.org/services to request counseling.

8. What is the cancellation policy for all Mason SBDC counseling sessions?

Appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance; there is a one-month waiting period when rescheduling a missed appointment.
